The Best Wedge Salad Maybe

A perfect wedge salad is simple. yet complex. Blah blah blah. No, really, it is very important to have the most delicious bleu cheese dressing ever, the freshest and most crisp Iceberg lettuce and the crispiest bacon bits. I borrowed this recipe from my mother-in-law, who got it from the Food Network online, but swapped out non-fat Greek yogurt for regular plain yogurt. I will say this a million times, there is virtually no difference in the taste of non-fat Greek yogurt and sour cream. There, I said it. I crave wedge salads, like I crave a burger. The perfect wedge, which I will teach you how to make here, is so satisfying when done right. I am writing this and am planning on making it tonight. My mouth is watering.

Adapted from the Food Network Magazine recipe of LIGHT (haha) Bleu Cheese Dressing

1/2 Cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon 2% milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
