Perfect Fried Chicken Wings in 15 Minutes – Gluten Free Fried Chicken Option

I love fried chicken. I am not talking the new fancy brined fried chicken with the crazy exotic spices, but the simplest flour meets chicken and salt ... fried chicken. I am not saying that I don't delight in the occasional buttermilk meets cast iron skillet varietal, but I am certainly not making it. I had not made a video about my little fried chicken wing technique because I thought it might be too simplistic, but I realize that many of you love fried chicken too and probably feel a tad dirty after buying it at the major fried chicken [...]

My Best Banana Bread Ever

I believe that this banana bread will knock your socks off while also surprising you. It is made with less sugar than the average banana bread bear and uses white whole wheat flour. I adapted this banana bread recipe from the Neiman Marcus "Pure and Simple" banana bread recipe from when women used to wear girdles and panty hose every day. For most recipes I don't really specify ingredients much, but since baking is mostly a science, I recommend that you follow my recipe as closely as possible. I have decided, after publishing this video, that I am going to change the name of this lovely dust to.... DIRT... I happened to get married at the Villagio, but for years before that, my husband and I would take advantage of last minute deals and drive an hour to Napa to escape. What I most looked forward to was the breakfast that comes with the room. This [...]

Moroccan Sex Wings – NC17

I was craving Moroccan flavors, but have no idea how to make Moroccan food. I do, however, know that Cumin and Cinnamon are often found in Moroccan food so I Googled "Cumin, Cinnamon, Moroccan Spice Blends" and came up with Ras el hanout, which is sort of like North Africa's curry, everyone has their own version of Ras el hanout. It turned out that I had everything in my pantry except for coriander and allspice, but I went for it anyway, the only catch was that every dish that contained Ras el hanout, was pretty complicated, so I slapped it [...]

Baked Parmesan Chicken Bites

I have a love/hate relationship with chicken nuggets. I hate that America stuffs their children with terrible mystery nuggets and I love to eat these mystery nuggets or their close cousin the finger of chicken. Who knew chickens had nuggets and fingers? I have solved this love/hate problem by coming up with a way to make a wholesome chicken nugget that tastes like you are going to hell or at least Jenny Craig, but is actually not that bad for you. Baked Parmesan Chicken Bites 6-8 chicken tenders cut into 3-4 chunks (Trader Joe's sells a pack of frozen/glazed tenders [...]
