I’LL HAVE SOME CHORIZO WITH MY CHEESE

I want to share those things that make me happy and usually don't cost very much. Everything is relative, but relative to a pair of shoes or a weekend getaway, these little tasty bits are pretty darn doable. SMOKEY SPICY GOODNESS

I don't know what I ever did before discovering Spanish Smoked Paprika (Pimentón de la Vera). Not sure why I didn't discover it while living in Spain. God knows it was in or on everything from eggs to chorizo and ensaladilla Rusa. This lovely spice imparts a deep and smokey flavor to anything you add it to. A FOODIE PLAYGROUND

For those of you who have never heard of the Fancy Food Show, it is THE trade show of everything specialty food from thousands of cheeses to gourmet packaged foods and everything in-between.
