EASY PAO DE QUEIJO a.k.a Brazilian Cheese Ball VIDEO

As many of you know, I wrote a post about Pao de Queijo a while back called Brazilian Cheesy Balls of Wonder... and linked to the SimplyRecipes method for making them in a blender. I have since made many batches of these cheesy little balls that disappear only minutes later. I decided that this recipe deserved it's own video. Please subscribe to my YouTube Channel to keep abreast of all of my latest video endeavors. I will be posting once a week. I cringe as I write this because it will be no easy feat, but I have lots to [...]

I CRUMBLE FOR YOU

I struggled with what to name this post.... a few options were... If I can crumble, you can crumble. Crumble This! Fancy a Crumble? How about a Crisp? Eatin crumble pie! Crumble in the Bronx? (not applicable, but punny) (which one do you like best?) My friend, Karyn Duggan, who happens to be a nutritionist made a crumble at her dinner party that made me crumble to my knees? I am re-releasing this video just in time for the Fourth of July because I feel like I need to give back to society. It is actually my least entertaining video, but a sure bet for making perfect ribs. Check out [...]

PREGNANT PAUSES AND PAPPARDELLE WITH PORK RAGU

You may have noticed that the frequency of my posts has waned a bit lately. There are a few reasons for this... one, is I am very pregnant and I underestimated the amount of brain energy that creating a whole new human being would consume. I can't speak for anyone else, but at age 41, this procreating thing has put me into an existential tail spin and also made me a little tired. I probably could have written posts about just anything to satisfy the crowd that believes "YOU HAVE TO POST WEEKLY, AT LEAST!!!" or it is blog suicide. [...]
