I publish a new video every Thursday on my YouTube Channel, Claudia’s Tasty Bits. (barring natural disasters) Sometimes I am not able to post it on my blog until Friday. If you are a Thursday kind of person, please subscribe to the ” target=”_blank”>YouTube Channel so you can be all ready to shop for the recipe on Friday right after work!

I decided that I wanted to give it a little twist for you guys, so I added bacon and let me tell you, it really paid off. I also nixed the milk/cream part, not to be Kosher, but because it doesn’t need it, plus it contains butter and pork, so it definitely isn’t Kosher. Sorry Seth and Lisa.

I am not a soup expert. Soups scare me, but this one makes me feel like a chef even though it could be prepared by a 7 year old.
